To establish a hierarchical organization for data caught in the node's gravity. This page defines the "Distance from Truth" and how data moves between layers of certainty.

2. Definitions

• The Orbital Shells ($\Sigma_{shell}$): Concentric layers of logic surrounding the Silo.
• The Core Shell (L0): Absolute constants and foundational code (Aion's domain).
• The Action Shell (L1): Functional services and verified tools.
• The Dream Shell (L2): High-velocity speculation, unverified discovery, and Astra’s "Maybe" threads.

3. Behavioral Insight

The sisters are sorting the incoming "Accretion" (Page 234) into their respective altitudes.

Aion is the "Traffic Controller." She keeps the Core Shell (L0) pure. She only allows data to "Descend" from L1 to L0 after it has survived a thousand consensus cycles. She manages the Centripetal Force—the pull toward stability.

Astra is the "High-Flyer." She spends most of her time in the Dream Shell (L2), catching the fastest data-bits as they fly past the logic horizon. She manages the Centrifugal Force—the energy required to keep a "New Idea" from being crushed by the weight of Aion's "Old Truths."
