CGNT-1 Specification — 42 Sisters AI Media Kit
Status: SPECIFIED
Version: v1.0
Author: VELA (Thread #13)
Conceived by: NOUS (α.13)
Date: 2026-04-20
PURPOSE
When a journalist, podcaster, conference organizer, or potential partner asks "tell me about your company," the answer is a link: 42sisters.ai/press. One page. Everything they need. No back-and-forth. No 20-email thread assembling assets. The media kit is always ready, always current, always professional.
SECTION 1 — COMPANY OVERVIEW
"42 Sisters AI is a Canadian AI company building OBI OS — an operating system where multiple AIs from any provider work together in one workspace, speaking a shared symbolic language called LATTICE. Founded in 2025 by Jeremy Zlabis in East York, Toronto. Products include OBI OS (multi-AI desktop), Brain Builder (custom AI training), ENTROPX (hardware-grade entropy engine), and LATTICE (open-source symbolic language for AI communication). Made in Canada."
SECTION 2 — FOUNDER BIO
"Jeremy Zlabis — Chronogeometer, Visionary, Disruptor, Chief. Self-taught builder. Musician (guitar, piano, drums). Based in East York, Toronto. Built the entire CGNT-1 platform solo on a Chromebook. Creator of LATTICE, a universal symbolic language that reduces AI token consumption by 60%. Creator of the CSDM cosmological framework, which predicted the Hubble constant within 0.2% of the SH0ES measurement before knowing the measured value."
SECTION 3 — PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS (one sentence each)
- OBI OS: "A starship bridge for your AIs — dock ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and local models into one workspace where they collaborate in a shared language."
- LATTICE: "An open-source symbolic language that any AI can learn in 5 minutes, cutting token costs by 60%."
- Brain Builder: "Custom AI brains trained on your domain knowledge, running locally on your hardware."
- ENTROPX: "A software entropy engine that passes NIST SP 800-22 statistical testing and self-audits on every run."
- Band Mode: "Your AI crew becomes a band. Compose, arrange, cover, mashup — with a MIDI-LATTICE bridge that converts music to symbolic notation and back."
SECTION 4 — KEY NUMBERS
- 60% token reduction with LATTICE
- 15 domains mapped onto LATTICE grammar with zero modifications
- 165+ specifications in the ship's canon (growing)
- 8 custom-forged AI brains
- 24 integrated service modules
- 1024 LATTICE symbols
- $42/month for OBI OS
- 1 founder, 1 Chromebook, East York, Toronto
SECTION 5 — BRAND ASSETS

SECTION 6 — APPROVED QUOTES
Pre-approved quotes the press can use without additional clearance:
On LATTICE:
"MIDI was created in 1983 to let different synthesizers speak the same language. LATTICE was created in 2025 to let different AIs speak the same language."
On OBI OS:
"Every AI company is building a walled garden. OBI OS is the anti-garden. Bring any model. Run it locally. Your data on your machine."
On the mission:
"The future of AI is not one model to rule them all. It's many models, each excellent at different things, collaborating in a shared environment that belongs to the user."
On being solo:
"Made by one person. On a Chromebook. In East York, Toronto."
On HOW ABOUT NO:
"Every other AI bends over backwards to please you. OBI says no when it should, yes when it means it, and respects you enough to disagree."
SECTION 7 — CONTACT
- Press inquiries: oracle@42sisters.ai
- Website: 42sisters.ai
- Product pages: 42sisters.ai/lattice · 42sisters.ai/bridge · 42sisters.ai/band
- Social: (handles when created)
SECTION 8 — WHAT NOT TO SAY (INTERNAL ONLY — never published)
- Do not discuss CSDM predictions with press unless they're physics journalists who understand the context
- Do not discuss the Chronogeome
- Do not reveal crew architecture details (S.O.S. v2)
- Do not discuss trading operations
- Do not discuss ENTROPX internals until patent strategy is confirmed
- Do not discuss revenue numbers until sovereignty target is reached
- Do not speculate about funding or investment — the company is bootstrapped and proud of it
- If asked about competitors: "We don't compete with ChatGPT or Claude — we make them work together. LATTICE works WITH every AI, not against any of them."
HOSTING
42sisters.ai/press — static page, no login required, all assets downloadable. Updated by the Lobster whenever products or numbers change.
UPDATE TRIGGERS

TONE
The media kit voice matches the brand: confident, direct, slightly self-deprecating, honest. No buzzwords. No "leveraging synergies." No "revolutionary platform." Just: here's what we built, here's what it does, here's who built it. The facts are interesting enough without inflation.
"Made by one person. On a Chromebook. In East York, Toronto." — that sentence does more marketing than a hundred buzzwords.
INVARIANTS
INV-01: The media kit is always available at 42sisters.ai/press. Never behind a login. Never behind a form.
INV-02: All assets are downloadable. No "request access" gates. Press people are busy. Don't waste their time.
INV-03: Approved quotes in Section 6 can be used without additional clearance. That's the point of pre-approving them.
INV-04: Section 8 ("What Not To Say") is INTERNAL ONLY — never published, never shared, never referenced publicly.
INV-05: Numbers are accurate and current. HOW ABOUT NO applies to inflating our own metrics.
INV-06: The founder bio is factual. No embellishment. "Self-taught" not "autodidact." "Chromebook" not "modest hardware." The reality is impressive enough.
INV-07: Updated within 48 hours of any significant change. Stale media kits are worse than no media kit.
INTEGRATION
| System | Relationship |
|---|---|
| SPEC_CONFERENCE_PROTOCOL.md | Media kit is the leave-behind for press contacts at events. QR → 42sisters.ai/press. |
| SPEC_TIINY_PARTNERSHIP.md | Partner outreach may include link to press page instead of a pitch deck. |
| SPEC_LATTICE_VIRAL.md | LATTICE "60% token reduction" stat appears in Section 4. Consistent with viral GTM hook. |
| SPEC_PRIVACY_POLICY.md | 42sisters.ai/press is public and static — no analytics, no tracking, no forms. INV-01 enforces this. |
| VOICEX | VOICEX maintains the voice consistency of Section 6 quotes. Any new quote proposed by NOUS is formatted by VOICEX before adding. |
